Prepare the Tofu:

Start by pressing the tofu to remove excess water. Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and place a heavy object (like a pan) on top. Let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. This helps the tofu absorb flavors better and ensures a crispier texture when cooked.
Create the Sauce:

In a bowl, whisk together the minced garlic, grated ginger, low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). This aromatic mixture will infuse your stir-fry with delightful flavors.
Stir-Fry:
